Darlene, previously licensed as an Insurance Solicitor has many years of customer service background. She has worked as a Claims Adjuster in the Risk Management Department of a city government office, which allowed her to work with the Emergency Coordinator. She was also records Liaison for her Department.

Educational background includes completion of Executive Secretarial skills course at San Angelo Business College, various courses to maintain solicitors and adjuster`s licenses and computer software classes.

Beverly, a native of West Texas, has lived in Georgia, Germany, Louisiana, Hawaii, Alabama, Washington and Florida as a career Army wife. Work experience includes contract administration, accounting, and family and children services.

Education includes studies with Enterprise Junior College, Enterprise, Alabama and Pensacola Junior College, Pensacola, Florida. Her interests include reading, writing, biking, and working with children.

In addition to the full time staff, Bill also employs four part time staff members, all of which are full time students with Angelo State University. Fields of study for these students include Government, International Business,  Journalism, and Management Information Systems.  By hiring quality students from the local community Bill not only supports the local university but also helps to further educate students with valuable work experience.
