Bill Holubec, CFP, CFS, CLU is the owner of The FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTER and is a native of San Angelo, TX.  He is a graduate of Wall High School and attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock where he graduated with a B.S. in Math and Physics and obtained a Masters degree in Math and Computer Science. Bill`s professional designations are that of Certified Financial Planner, Certified Fund Specialist and Chartered Life Underwriter.
