We strive to build a tradition of trust and
service with each and every client. To enable us to accomplish this
task The FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTER is undergoing the change to
a semi-paperless office. Once completed, every member of our staff will
have instant computer access to every client file. How will this benefit our clients? Quick access provides rapid information for making financial decisions in keeping with current markets.
There are three major components to our project. The
first is a high powered scanner which scans up to 30 pages per minute. The
next is an imaging capable software called Laserfiche, which digitizes every piece of
paper in a file, organizing it for access with just a couple of key strokes. The third is a premium computer
network, consisting of three independent back-up systems for storage and back
up of files. Once the scanning process is finished, the system
will enable us to work faster and more efficiently. No more
hunting for files, no more cumbersome filing cabinets. Everything will be
completely accessible from our computers. This transition is scheduled for completion by the end of 2001. Through this technology we will raise our standard of service to
